Library Group Study Rooms

The Library group study rooms are prioritized for groups of 2 or more. They vary in sizes and can fit from 1 to 8 students. Using your Mt. SAC student email and student A#, you can reserve a group study room for up to about 4 hours a day and up to 4 weeks in advance. View the Library Group Study Room Policy

How to reserve a group study room? 

  1. Find a room that you want by clicking on Info icon or the room number for a description of the room
  2. Select a time slot (Each slot is 55 minutes. You can book up to 4 slots per day and up to 4 weeks in advance)
  3. Enter your name, Mt. SAC email (e.g. jmountie12@student.mtsac.edu), and your Mt. SAC student ID (e.g. A123456789)
  4. Submit your booking
  5. Receive an email confirmation and confirm the booking by clicking on the link in the email
  6. Go directly to the room at the appointed time. (Rooms are unlocked. If there are others in the room when you arrive, your reservation takes precedence.)

The group study rooms are located on the east side of the library. Find room locations on the library map.
